It is never used for clinical, diagnostic, or treatment purposes, and these results are not part of any clinical or therapy record.
Location Information. When you submit an assessment, we automatically determine an approximate location (country, region/state, and city) from your network connection. We do not collect or store your IP address or precise GPS location. This helps us understand where visitors are coming from; it is not used to identify you individually.

You can unsubscribe from these at any time by emailing hello@dearbetterme.com. Opting in or out of these emails does not affect your ability to receive your one-time assessment results.

Not a Diagnostic Tool. Our self-reflection assessments are educational tools intended to support personal insight. They are not psychological tests, do not diagnose any condition, and should not be used as a substitute for professional evaluation.
